TERMS OF WEBSITE USE
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you use this website. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is critical to us. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers or buying history. You will not receive unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping, except for tracking information via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

OUR PERFUMES AND PRODUCTS
We make our products with 100% pure and natural ingredients ~ essential oils (organic when possible or wildcrafted), absolutes, CO2 extractions, natural isolates (derived from essential oil fractions), various carrier oils, alcohol, and beeswax. We do not use any synthetics, fragrance oils, phthalates, parabens, glycols, or petrochemicals. 

Our perfumes and scented products are NOT for internal consumption. Our products are sustainably harvested and cruelty-free: we do not test our products on animals.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

As our perfumes and scented products are used for personal care, we do not accept returns.  All sales are final. For product safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

CLASS REFUND POLICY: 

Cancellations by Aromakology will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 1 week or more before the event are eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior the event will receive a 50% refund. No refund or exchanges for cancellations less than 3 days before the day of the class. Cancellations must be received in writing. By registering you agree to the above terms and conditions.

HOSTED EVENT REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations by Aromakology will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 1 week or more before a scheduled hosted event are eligible for a refund, minus the cost of any materials produced or purchased, or products created for the event. 

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund minus the cost of any materials produced or purchased, or products created for the event. Cancellation notice received in less than 72 hours before the day of the event are not eligible for refunds, transfers or exchanges. Cancellations must be received in writing. By registering and scheduling your event, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

SHIPPING

We only ship products within the continental USA. Orders over $85 (not including tax) will ship free within the continental USA. 

It is required that alcohol based products be shipped as Dangerous Goods which cannot be shipped via USPS. They can only ship within the continental US using ground shipping methods offered by UPS and FedEx. 

SAFETY
The user is solely responsible for the safe use of our products. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of our products. Please keep our products out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other medical condition that can be affected by essential oils or fragrances, please seek the advice of a health professional before using our products. 

We recommend testing our scented products on a small area of skin to check for any possible allergic reactions. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately and wash with soap and water to clean the affected area.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is agreed by purchasing products and/or services from Aromakology, that the Buyer and the Company acknowledge and agree that the Company will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kira McGovern and Aromakology from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney fees.
