Custom-Designed Aromatic Blend

This 45-minute in person consultation and design session also includes time allotted after our meeting to formulate, refine and decant your unique artisan aromatic blend.
Custom scents are blended with premium grade essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts in organic jojoba oil in a 5 ml glass roller bottle.
In advance of your custom aromatic design session, you’ll complete an Aromatic Profile questionnaire.
During your appointment we’ll clarify your scent’s purpose and explore scent memories and images linked with your intention. This process helps you embody your desired outcome, and orient you towards the scents that evoke these felt experiences.
Smell and Tell: You’ll smell various essential oils curated from my collection of over 140 botanical aromatics ~ flowers, fruits, leaves, herbs, woods, resins, spices and roots ~ that are resonant with your goal’s aromatic profile. From these curated scents, you’ll select key notes to include in your custom formulation.
Within 10-14 days of the session, I will design, formulate and decant your custom blend, allowing time for it to harmonize, ripen and enhance the energetic properties of your scent’s purpose.
Once your custom design is complete, you can either pick it up at your Aromatic Imprint Coaching session, or at one of our local retail locations. You may also have your custom blend mailed. Shipping costs are additional.
Fee for the consultation and design of your artisan aromatic meets in Carrboro, NC and costs $250.

This 30-minute virtual consultation also includes time allotted after our meeting to formulate, refine and decant your unique artisan aromatic blend.

As this meeting is virtual, it doesn’t include the actual smelling of various botanical scents as occurs during the in-person consultation. Your custom blend will be formulated based on our discussion of your scent’s purpose and your aromatic profile.
Prior to the appointment you will complete the Aromatic Profile questionnaire. During your phone consult, we will identify the goal, intention or qualities you’d like to deepen and integrate into your life.
We’ll discuss the aromatic profile that supports your desired outcome, uncover scent memories and felt experiences and images linked with your intention, and identify the key scent notes to include in your custom formulation.
Within 10-14 days of the session, I will design, formulate and decant your custom blend, allowing time for it to harmonize, ripen and enhance the energetic properties of your scent’s purpose.

Aroma Imprint Coaching

This 45-minute coaching session is designed to anchor the positive associations, memories and actions aligned with your scent’s intent. Aroma Coaching session is conducted either at Carrboro location or virtually via phone. The cost is $150.
The goal of this session is to:
Imprint the intention, felt experience or desired outcome with your custom created or retail AROMAKOLOGY scent.
Create neural pathways and scent associations that deepen and anchor your aromatic with your goal. Each time you smell and use your scent, you will imprint and light up your intention.
Explore potential obstacles, strengths, resources, empowering perspectives and aligned actions that reinforce your scent’s intended purpose and outcome.
Identify habits and daily practices that integrate your custom aromatic with your intent, and create a plan for moving forward that resonates with you and feels compelling.
By the time your bottle is empty you will likely see a change in how you feel: in your resiliency and equanimity; a change in habits or perspective; increased confidence, resourcefulness or an updated identity of who you are and what’s possible in your life.
You may use either your custom crafted AROMAKOLOGY blend or a retail AROMAKOLOGY for your Aromatic Imprint Coaching session. You can purchase a retail blend thru our online store. Just be sure you have it in time for your appointment.
When purchasing online, choose a scent you are drawn to when thinking about your desired outcome. It does not need to reflect the actions indicated on the retail aromatic blend label.
We only use AROMAKOLOGY artisan blends for Aromatic Imprint Coaching sessions because we can vouch for it’s purity and toxin-free ingredients.
